Our Team

Our carers are all experienced people who have worked in a variety of different care situations.  

They are selected on the basis of their sympathetic and caring personality, combined with a mature and responsible approach to their work.  

Our team is led by Care Manager Michelle Clarke.  Michelle and our carers have all been recruited within Cyprus and all have a permanent base here.  

Training

At Care at Home Cyprus we are committed to developing a professional and highly trained team.  

We have worked with a well established Care Trainer to develop a rigorous training and skills development programme.   

Everyone in the team has taken part in an intensive induction training session to ensure they are familiar with the standards and procedures that make our service so trusted by our clients.

Working With You

For long periods of care every effort is made to keep the number of different carers the client will meet to a minimum.

It is emphasised to all carers that they are caring for a client in the client’s own home, and the trust and confidentiality of that relationship must always be respected.
